This means the details you submit are final—we cannot adjust models, colors, or other specifics after the order is captured in our system. The same rule applies to cancellations: once the order is in the system, it cannot be withdrawn.

How We Get Your Order Out

Every package is processed and dispatched directly from our own warehouse. We work to move your purchase through this pipeline as quickly as possible, but you should anticipate that processing timelines may stretch during peak periods, including holidays and major sale events.

When your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking details. The cost to ship your package is calculated based on two factors: the total weight of the items and the final delivery destination.

In such cases, you would need to place a new order.

These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Patriot250wear. For an estimate of these costs, you should contact your local customs office directly.
  • Restricted Items: It is your duty to verify your local postal regulations for any restricted items before ordering. We cannot be held liable for any items that are refused entry into your country.

Factors Outside Our Control

Several external elements can influence the final delivery date. Shipping timelines are subject to change due to public holidays, the specific destination country, severe weather conditions, and the operational practices of international couriers.

Additionally, local customs offices may require extra documents and time to clear your package, which can add to the estimated delivery window. Once the package reaches your area, it will be handed off to your local post office or a courier service. If no one is available to receive it, a notice card is typically left to guide you on where to collect your delivery.

Payment and Currency Details

While you can browse our store with prices displayed in your local currency, the final checkout is processed in US Dollars (USD). All transactions are securely handled through PayPal or Stripe on the checkout page.

If your credit card account uses a currency other than USD, your bank may apply a different exchange rate than what you saw on our site. You might also incur a foreign transaction fee. Urgent Changes and Cancellations

We process orders rapidly, so the window for intervention is extremely narrow. If you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. The moment our warehouse begins processing your order, no further modifications are possible. This includes any order that has already been packed or shipped—once it reaches that stage, cancellation is no longer an option.
